1/2 Cup - EASY TO WORK WITH. You sometimes spend more time with co-workers than with family. Better to be thought of as "moderately talented and easy to work with", rather than a "genius who is difficult." Work hard enough, and one day maybe, just maybe, you'll become a "genius who is easy to work with!"
1 Tablespoon - FORGIVE AND FORGET. You will need to forgive and forget quickly in business, in order that co-workers will return the favor when your transgressions need to be forgiven!
Finally, mix and stir everybody's NAME in the process. Are you the type of person who remembers FACES but not NAMES? Well ... cut it out! DOGS always remember faces, but never names. Be smarter than a dog! Take time to remember people's names. Remembering NAMES is not hard.
Also -- If you live in a large metropolitan area, make sure you remember the immigrants names, and those with names that are less common. They will love you for it, and more importantly, it will make them feel good.
(You were somehow able to finish high school and college by remembering some very complicated things ... you can now manage to remember what people's mother named them! NAMES are precious. )
